Kanha Shantivanam 6th November 2023

With joy, we see that Daaji's health is improving but still not as well as one would hope for it to be.

When his granddaughter was leaving for school, Daaji proudly introduced her to the guests saying that she had learnt to recite the Gayatri mantra and now is starting to learn the Bhagavad Gita Shlokas. Sanskrit is a language that requires careful pronunciation, and the earlier it is learned the better it is.

Daaji went for a walk in the lovely garden behind his house which resembles a beautiful forest. Daaji had decided to meet with some abhyasis from New Jersey USA that morning and they joined him for the walk.

Later, Daaji spent time reading. He inspected a few new prototypes of some Heartfulness bags and books which are ready for release. Ever so careful about the tiniest of details, his attention to the aesthetics, quality, and perfection of the printed materials be they books, certificates, bags, or objects being produced by the ashram, is impressive.

After taking some rest and having his evening tea, Daaji again managed to go for a short walk in the falling dusk, which is a magical time in Kanha Shantivanam.
