The auspicious day of Basant Panchami, on February 2, 2024, dawned with a serene winter glow, marking a special occasion in the spiritual journey of all practitioners of Heartfulness. Beloved Daaji, embodying the spirit of devotion and service, commenced the day by offering prasad to Lalaji Maharaj in his room, symbolizing a profound connection with the spiritual lineage.
The prasad, infused with sacred charge, was then entrusted to our elder brother, Shri Adi Narayana for distribution to everyone in the dining hall later in the day. Subsequently, Daaji graced the meditation hall for the morning Satsang, where he conducted the meditation from 9 am to 9:36 am. An extraordinary gathering of more than 17,000 Sahaj Marg abhyasis participated in this momentous event. Following the meditation, the hall resonated with devotional bhajans sung by the nightingale sisters, Ranjana Mehta and Aparna Ghosh, their voices echoing the essence of the occasion. The compositions, deeply rooted in the reverence for Pujya Lalaji Maharaj, stirred hearts, and many in the audience found themselves moved to tears. Daaji, appreciating their heartfelt renditions, requested that they present more bhajans in the evening session, enriching the spiritual tapestry of the day.
The highlight of the morning continued with the distribution of the Spiritual Anatomy book on the stage by Daaji to those who had signed up for it.
This symbolic gesture of sharing spiritual wisdom and insights drew hundreds of eager practitioners, forming a queue to receive their signed copies. Daaji, despite the growing fatigue, displayed unwavering dedication, ensuring that each individual in the line had the opportunity to receive the cherished book. The distribution persisted until 11 am, with Daaji maintaining his presence and connection with each practitioner who came forward.
