Daaji went to conduct the final preparatory sitting for preceptors who were being prepared.

When he came back home, Daaji found Gopichand Pullela waiting at the entrance gate with two of his students. Daaji stopped the car and said, “This is your house, you don’t need to wait outside brother. Come and sit inside.” Daaji gave them all a meditation session. Rosemary thyme tea was prepared for everyone after the sitting. Daaji then showed them the fairly good sized tomatoes which were growing spotless now. In a thoughtful gesture Daaji showed Mehak Vasisht a papaya tree as she had sent the seeds for it a few months earlier.

In the morning, brothers Santosh Khanjee and Shreyas Khanjee joined Daaji for a walk. Then he showed his son Marg who had just returned from Ahmedabad, the new polyhouse construction site. After that, Daaji briefly received Dr. Ritwik Solanki.

Daaji went to conduct the final preparatory sitting for preceptors who were being prepared. While sitting near the car, Daaji met Mehak Vashist from Auckland with her 2-year-old daughter. Saheb took a photo with them and invited them to sit in the car.

Around 10 am Daaji reached the North dining hall where the preceptor candidates were waiting for the final preparatory sitting. Around 569 members including 223 sisters & 286 brothers were present. After that Daaji conducted the final preparatory sitting for the new preceptors. In a conclusive talk he gave them guidance on their work which they could start the next day. Then he spoke to them regarding preceptor work, giving them pearls of wisdom, infusing the freshly-minted  preceptors with enthusiasm to serve.

Daaji emphasised that as preceptors we stand to serve. The attitude of enthusiasm is essential to be able to be good preceptors. He explained how it is vital for preceptors to be role models, and sincere practitioners in order to invoke the same feeling in seekers. Somewhere in the process of training seekers in spiritual practice it is critical that preceptors also nourish future trainers by giving more time as well as attention to the practitioners who are in their care. Daaji’s words made an impact because everyone of us has seen his commitment to sittings and meditations. More often than not, when he travels to a new place, upon arriving there, the first thing he would like to do is conduct meditation. At any time of the day, he is likely to conduct a sitting, if he feels the need for it. Most of the days when visitors come to see him, the centre piece of his hospitality is manifested in a sitting for them. It is with relentless enthusiasm that he gives himself wholeheartedly to giving sittings and conducting meditation whenever the opportunity presents itself not caring for his own state of fatigue which is often the case. This enthusiasm has become second nature to him. Which is what he conveyed to the new preceptors. He also insisted on the sittings being in person rather than by virtual mode if possible. Though we took the habit of working virtually, we cannot replace the experience of sitting or meditation in person, which is by far better.

Daaji showed Gopichand Phulela design of the upcoming school and Academy in Baroda. Daaji expressed that he is looking forward to the Baroda Badminton coaching centre to start in full swing.

Daaji told Gopichand Phulela about the THLC students who got 1st in the state level science exhibition and now went for National where they showcased the Bio Charcoal technology. He said that next time they would show the plasma water technology in the context of Gopichand Phulela explaining to Daaji that the students of the academy could be invited to participate in some way or the other, in the green initiatives being established by Daaji. Daaji also hinted at the future of medicine. How plants are affected by music. How fragrances of certain essential oils can change our moods.

Then Gopichand spoke about the way he was fascinated when Daaji had taken him for a tour of the yatra garden and explained it to him and asked Daaji what he feels about sharing the experiences of spiritual points with others. Daaji told Gopichand that each experience is unique to each person. The drawback with sharing such experiences is that the others start imagining or begin to desire that they had it too. It can happen at the right time. We discuss things like changes in your traits, your habits, and manifested attributes after meditation. But the Inner experiences that you lost awareness and that you felt some vibrations here and there or heard a voice telling you something then people may think you have gone senile!

Later Gopichand and the students took leave of Daaji and Daaji went for a walk along with Br. Ritwik. During the walk the conversation was mostly on sharing many Important things About Babuji Maharaj. Daaji continued discussing diet and health with Dr Ritwik and had lunch with him. After lunch, Mr. and Mrs. Haresh Buxani came to meet Saheb for a short while.
