Brother Ramakanth came to see Daaji to give him some updates on the Green Kanha initiatives going on in Gujarat. Daaji went in to get dressed to go to the VIP plantation area as it was Dr. Tony Nader’s birthday and they had arranged an important program that day in the main meditation hall.
In the morning, Daaji’s college friend, Bipin Patel, arrived, and they hugged in joy. They had not met in years. After a walk, they went in for breakfast together. Later on, Bipin Patel gave Daaji the number of one of their best friends from college. Together, they called her on FaceTime and had a lovely talk with her. Her daughter is already practicing Heartfulness meditation. After the conversation, Daaji gave them all a sitting.

Daaji arrived and greeted Dr. Nader, wishing him a very happy birthday. Even when he was all smiles, one could see the shadow of tiredness. Even after last night’s bout of not feeling well, he attended the heavy flow of visitors each day as everyone sought his attention in the clamor.
On the way, they were joined by Swami Gita Govind Ji Maharaj of the Gita Parivar, who was invited by Dr. Tony Nader to the event. After the plantation ceremony, he went on stage along with the invited dignitaries. During the welcome speech, when Raja Luis mentioned Daaji’s name, he was spontaneously greeted by the Transcendental Meditation practitioners with a standing ovation. It was heartwarming to see how they have endeared themselves to Daaji in the few days they have been here. They simply would not stop applauding for a long time while Raja Luis Alvarez, the host of the ceremony, waited in smiling patience. A little later, Dr. Tony Nader (Rajaraam) gave a talk, and then Daaji was requested to speak. Daaji took leave after the session and left for his residence.

In the evening, Shri Karthikeyan, a retired IPS officer, and a Padmashree awardee, met Daaji. Daaji conducted meditation for all at 7.40 p.m. He then joined Daaji for the dinner.
