Kanha Shantivanam 26th September 2023

From profound ideas like preparing nutrient-rich water to teaching how to resolve the conflict between the brain and the heart, Daaji shared invaluable pearls of wisdom with all of us.

During the discussion, Daaji asked everyone to reflect upon the aspect of - if one were to have a  conflict with one's own heart, who would dominate- the brain or one's heart? And let us say Babuji came and descended in us and occupied our heart; Tukaram came, Guru Nanak came, everybody came, whom would one listen to? For them, there is no difference. They will have one voice. But when we hear them in different tones and different languages, we have problems. Then we get confused with our own heart and brain. It is as if we are listening to somebody else. And imagine if all the entities came and merged in us. It would be very challenging.

On his morning walk, Daaji suggested that a preparation of nutrient-rich water be made and given to the bamboo plants at Gokul Point. After this, he suggested that Dr Moon conduct the morning 9 a.m. group meditation in the meditation hall. At 10:45 AM, Daaji got ready to go to his office at the stage building to meet a group of young practitioners who are working in the field of holistic health and nutrition and other guests.

He spoke to them for a while and then autographed a few books with his message and gave them to the group. He then conducted a meditation session for them and a large group of practitioners who had gathered on the stage from 11:58 a.m. to 12:26 a.m. In an informal conversation with the group, one of the brothers commented that it seemed to him as though they had been transported to the days of Babuji, the way he used to sit with abhyasis. And it truly felt as though the atmosphere was of those days, heart to-heart with the soul of the universe.

After more such interesting discussions, Daaji left for home around 1 p.m. after inviting the group of young practitioners to his house for lunch the next day.

In the evening Daaji went for a walk with his granddaughters Devki and Laya to Kanha Sarovar. He walked with them, sharing little nuggets of wisdom and interesting facts of nature. How one can utilize every moment of the time spent with children as an opportunity for the wisdom bridge in action, is a learning for us. The rest of the day passed uneventfully, with time spent with family and a few visiting practitioners.
