After the morning breakfast, Daaji went for a walk. Daaji then settled in the office of his son Marg in the outhouse complex behind his residence with a couple of functionaries. A little later, after all had left, Daji gave a meditation session to a few selected members around 10:15 am. Then Daaji returned to his office and began working.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Shri Mohan Bhagwat ji, the current Sarsanghchalak (chief) of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), an important organization in India, arrived at his residence at 12:30 pm on an entirely private visit. His lifelong work and dedicated efforts towards rebuilding a fresh influx of Indian idealogy based on its Vedic past have perhaps made him one of the most influential people in modern India.&nbsp; &nbsp;All the stay arrangements were made in Daaji’s home itself for Bhagwat ji. After lunch, they all went to rest. In the evening, around 5.30 pm, Daaji took him in his car, driving him to see the Yatra Garden. He gave him a full tour of the Yatra Garden, explaining everything in deep detail. Later, they took a look at the hydroponics installation in Daaji’s garden. Later, a thoughtful ayurvedic treatment at home was offered by Kanha Wellness Center to Shri Bhagawat ji.&nbsp; &nbsp;This was followed by dinner before retiring to bed. Since it was a truly personal visit, the time they spent together stayed between Daaji and his special guest. Even Daaji’s family mindfully elected to give these two stalwarts of our time their space for them to share their thoughts and meditate together. It was truly wonderful to see how Daaji catered to the needs of Mohan Bhagwat ji, even if they had only spent a few hours together during this brief visit. &nbsp;

After breakfast, Daaji was on the swing when Chirag Kulkarni joined him. After a while Daaji prepared to attend the ETV channel interview. While he was recording that interview, several practitioners had gathered there. Daaji met them after the interview. Stanislas Lajugie gave some updates to Daaji on the ongoing Deep U retreat program.&nbsp; &nbsp;Sriram Raghavendran shared some inputs on the Bio-charcoal and Napier grass initiatives that Daaji has been incubating. When Sriram Raghavendran asked Daaji for a good name for the Bio Charcoal initiative, Daaji laughed and said, “Sriram Bio-char”. While everyone burst into smiles. Daaji encourages the volunteers who take care of the initiatives by giving them not just his trust but bestowing on them his appreciation in this gentle manner. Daaji had some work to attend to, which brought these interesting interactions to a pause for the day. &nbsp;

Daaji conducted meditation in the grand meditation hall from 9:05 a.m. to 9:42 a.m. Later, he gave a talk on how to prepare for the upcoming celebrations. &nbsp;

After the meditation, he met a young student from The Heartfulness Learning School who he had invited to meet him behind the meditation hall to give him some information regarding the troubles he had been recently facing in the school and the hostel. He then invited the young boy and his mother for breakfast at his residence. &nbsp;Samantha Ruth Prabhu had come to Kanha to meet Daaji with the Urban Kissan project team. After meditation, they were led to Daaji’s residence by the Kanha team. &nbsp;Daaji asked her if she had had breakfast and kindly extended an invitation to join him at the dining table. She is a well-known movie star here in the state of Telangana, India. Daaji asked Samantha about her experience during the meditation. She expressed that it proved to be an unparalleled encounter, characterized by a remarkably natural progression. Daaji proceeded to expound upon the advantages of meditation, delving into the bifurcated essence of the mind: "the brain or cognitive mind" and "the emotional mind." He elucidated that impressions, known as samskaras, manifest within the domain of both minds. The former involves the cognitive mind, engendering recollections of occurrences, while the latter concerns the emotional cortex, entailing affective ramifications, which may be ameliorated through acts of forgiveness and the practice of meditation. Daaji affirmed that upon the purgation of emotional residues, the memory connected to them doesn’t hurt us anymore. &nbsp;He said that the impressions formed consciously are relatively easier to cleanse; those in the subconscious mind are more challenging and often more impactful. However, through Heartfulness meditation and sitting with trainers, it is possible to cleanse these deeper impressions. &nbsp;Daaji cited an example, saying that when he was once walking in New York City in the 1980s between huge buildings and billboards, there were pictures of people making love pasted there. Despite not even being consciously aware of the pictures, they formed impressions unknowingly, and he later had to clear them during meditation.&nbsp; &nbsp;Daaji then elaborated on The Heartfulness methodology and explained the process of tuning in to the heart during meditation and doing cleaning to clear impressions. He noted that some impressions are rather stubborn, and in such cases, a trainer's assistance is required. The trainer uses a technique known as transmission, or pranahuti, that helps clear these impressions during individual sittings. Daaji said all we have to do is to give a will or set a Sankalpa to let go of the impressions. These feelings or impressions don't need to be told to the trainer, yet through the process, the impressions will dissipate. Then, during group meditations, even the deepest subconscious impressions are brought to the surface and cleaned.&nbsp; &nbsp;Then Samantha asked Daaji, What is the fundamental vision while meditation or reason for meditation? Daaji answered that the state of nature is evolution; we can either grow or deteriorate. If we don’t make an effort to grow up, we will go downhill. And here, meditation helps us transcend to higher states. &nbsp;As a social activist, Samantha is diligently committed to the education of&nbsp; underprivileged children. Daaji explained how the Brighter Minds program regenerates neuroplasticity in children aged 5–15, enabling remarkable feats through the science-backed methodology used in this training. Samantha witnessed a demonstration of this program by Anuj, which impressed her greatly. Daaji said that this demonstration was akin to just scratching the surface of what all can be done with this technique.&nbsp; &nbsp;Daaji also mentioned a study conducted in Bangalore, which showed that listening to binaural music alone can increase the happiness factor in elderly people. He also mentioned another observation: somehow, children whose parents practice meditation seem to learn and retain the skills of the Brighter Mind program much more effectively.&nbsp; &nbsp;Samantha later mentioned that she is adopting a school that caters to orphan children below the age of 5. Daaji offered to train the children in the Brighter Minds program as a gift on his behalf, entirely free of charge. He was certain that there would be an interesting transformation in them in as little as three days! &nbsp;Daaji then presented Samantha with signed copies of his books, "Spiritual Anatomy" and "Wisdom Bridge," seeking her honest feedback after she had read them.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Daaji returned to the living room, where several other guests were waiting for him. Having noticed that there were more visitors in the foyer, he went there and greeted everyone. The guests included Prabhakar Rao, Chairman, NSL Group Seeds, Sugar, Textiles, Real Estate, and Infrastructure, Kalhan Mattoo, Architect, OOK Studio; &amp; Amit Jadav, JAD Studio.&nbsp; &nbsp;Sundays are always times of great influx of visitors, and Daaji and his family lovingly cater to the hordes who seek his attention, trying to organize their lives in tune with their requests.&nbsp; &nbsp;The hospitality Daaji offers in his own home with the enthusiastic support of his family goes a long way to introducing in the subtlest of ways every seeker After a long discussion with the guests, he took some of them to his office to show them a video of some strains of corn being developed in a certain village in Mexico. The discussion turned to various applications of agricultural development, which Daaji has been envisioning and developing through the various projects in Kanha.&nbsp; &nbsp;After a while, Daaji had a more exclusive discussion regarding school projects with Shri Komaraiah, who had decided to extend his stay in Kanha for a day more. He is the Chairman of the Pallavi Group of Institutions as well as the Pro-Vice Chairman of the local chapter of the Delhi Public Schools in Hyderabad.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Daaji called the Secretary General of the Mission, Shri Umashanker Bajpai for breakfast at 8 a.m. Alain Desvignes of France joined in at breakfast too that day. Daaji requested Umashankar Bajpai to conduct the meditation in the main hall that day on the occasion of the book launch in India for his latest book, Spiritual Anatomy. &nbsp;Later, Daaji gave a sitting to a few practitioners in his office. Some work-related updates and discussions with a few of the Kanha team members continued well into the morning. Mr. Anil Gupta, along with his family, came and spent some time with Daaji. After tea, Daaji once again gave a sitting to all those present there before having lunch with some of them. &nbsp;

In the evening, several abyasis came to meet Daaji. After spending some time in the office, he asked some of them to join him near the swing, where plans for the upcoming university work were discussed with Daaji.&nbsp; &nbsp;That evening, Daaji went to the comfort dorm to conduct the meditation, which was from 9.06 pm to 9.32 pm. After the meditation, he lovingly answered some questions collected earlier.&nbsp; &nbsp;Q: &nbsp;I am sure I am doing something wrong, but I am unable to tap into the signal of the heart and get a clear answer to the question I put in bedtime prayer. How do I adjust myself to receive the signal from the heart? Please help me to understand.&nbsp; &nbsp;Daaji: &nbsp;The heart gives the signal regarding what you are doing, just as well as it can stop giving you the signal if you stop listening to it.&nbsp; &nbsp;So even in small matters, whenever we refer to the heart, follow the heart. Only then can we get more and more signals and graduate to more and more refined signals. Many times, the heart pumps faster and faster when it signals to you that it is better you don’t do something you are about to do. And yet, we end up doing it.&nbsp; &nbsp;Sometimes, when your children approach you for advice, you tell them, with all sincerity and with all your heart, what is best for them. Suppose they ignore it. Won't you feel heartbroken?&nbsp; Now imagine that they come to you a second time and ask you a question, and again they falter in following your guidance. What is likely to happen? You begin to feel that it is impossible to correct this person, so it is possible that you give up. It's likely that you don't feel like advising them anymore.&nbsp; &nbsp;That is what happens to our individual hearts. Unfortunately, we create distance between our conscience and our logic. The greater the distance, the more difficult it is for those two faculties to unite. This is what yoga tends to facilitate, and we go against that process when we tend to refuse to listen to our hearts. Most of the time, we exist in a state of duality; therefore, unity, harmony, and happiness elude us. Happiness arises only when we listen to our hearts and follow them.&nbsp; &nbsp;Indulging in superficial pleasures means sacrificing the greater good. We lose a lot in the process. If you keep in mind the distant goal, then you will understand that you should not indulge in these small pleasures of life. &nbsp;These days, there is so much hype surrounding Lord Ram with the recent inauguration of the temple in India. We observe that people develop a sort of fan following for their gurus. We seek to have a glimpse of some God or another.&nbsp; &nbsp;The real issue is, in order to achieve it, are we willing to make an effort? Are we willing to change our consciousness? Our state of being? It is only then that we can have an actual darshan of whosoever we seek. If we want to become better, we must change ourselves.&nbsp; &nbsp;Unfortunately, we have a tendency not to exert ourselves. We like a comfortable posture, a comfortable position, and a comfortable state of mind.&nbsp; &nbsp;We want to meditate, but laziness prevents us from getting out of bed in the morning to devote time to it. Sometimes you may feel overwhelming transmission from the Master. We all go through such an experience. Such an overwhelming transmission that you want to close your eyes, be by yourself, and meditate.&nbsp; &nbsp;Yet something can deviate from this and distract us from our inward perception at that time. Masters often send transmissions during the day or night. It creates such a wonderful condition. At that time, we should take advantage of this natural state that is coming to us. We should grab that opportunity.&nbsp; &nbsp;Such sittings are the most powerful and most effective sittings one can ever have. When you do receive such a transmission during your waking hours, don't miss that opportunity. Even at the cost of losing a job, if you have to close your eyes, well, find a way to do it. If you want to take the extreme step of going into a toilet so that you can find privacy, then just sit there and meditate so that you can attend to that inner inspiration. &nbsp;Q: &nbsp;I have often heard you speak of meditating with one's back against a tree whose girth is less than the width of one's back. Is there any specific reason for selecting a tree with that girth?&nbsp; &nbsp;Daaji: &nbsp;This process is a prayerful request to the tree that you would like to exchange energy with it. And this is generally to be done when you have a headache or such minor discomforts. Sit prayerfully with your back supported by the tree trunk. Sit just for two or three minutes. You may meditate while you are sitting there. You need not even meditate. Just be there. Experiment with it. The size of the trunk should be smaller than the back because the energy exchange will be too much for us to handle if the trunk is bigger than the girth of our back. It is sufficient when it is smaller than our backs. Nature has orchestrated a beautiful relationship between trees and humankind. Trees give us oxygen; they take in carbon dioxide and thus remove harmful toxins from the atmosphere. Likewise, when we sit with our backs against the tree trunk, the negative vibrations from our system are also drawn out from us, and the tree bequeaths positive vibrations in their stead.&nbsp; &nbsp;Babuji's research on people suffering from anger bouts led him to conclude that sitting for a few hours, ideally eight hours, under the peepal tree can be of huge benefit to them. &nbsp;Q: &nbsp;What is more powerful? Meditation with you or interaction with you? How do these two influence each other?&nbsp; &nbsp;Daaji: &nbsp;Without a meditative mind, even if you are with the best Guru in the world, you will miss out on what is essential.&nbsp; &nbsp;Q &nbsp;What challenges did you have to face to become the Master you are today? It would help all of us to know.&nbsp; &nbsp;Daaji &nbsp;Well, first of all, I had no desire to become the Master. Since you already have some desire to become one, as is apparent from your question, you will never be able to become a Master. Take it as a permanent prediction. Guaranteed. One must not aspire to become the Master. We have to become like the Masters.&nbsp; &nbsp;The Master, according to Babaji Maharaj, is always one. That is God. Mastering oneself, for example, is the art of listening to the heart, and following it is itself an art. A Master is one who listens to his heart and follows it in every situation at any cost. That's the Master. He is not a slave to anything that can deviate him from his heart. So follow your own heart, and it will lead you to the goal. &nbsp;With that, the question-and-answer session came to a conclusion. As he was leaving, several people met him on the way, addressing him with a few requests, giving him some gifts, and many of them greeting him in person. Daaji was in a fine mood and happy to engage with them before finally reaching his car and driving off into the night. &nbsp;

Daaji woke up at 4 a.m. An early walk at 6:30 am in the gardens was followed by breakfast.&nbsp; &nbsp;Daaji’s attention was captivated by a captivating video showcasing a library and shopping mall, which had garnered significant attention online. Admiring the sharp, minimalist futuristic designs that exuded a sense of equilibrium and lucidity, he summoned the team from the tool room to share the video with them, offering insights into potential design elements that could be integrated into Kanha. &nbsp;The conception of Kanha Shantivanam is a testament to Daaji's unwavering dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and astute articulation of ideas, demonstrating a level of commitment that verges on the superhuman. Each facet of Kanha Shantivanam embodies an ethereal vision, a tangible representation of the spiritual journey to which he extends an open invitation to all seekers, whom he affectionately refers to as "lovers of God." &nbsp;Visitors to Kanha Shantivanam, even if only for a fleeting moment, are enveloped in a profound sense of awe, perhaps unable to fully comprehend at that moment the depth of their experience. 20 AprilDaaji reached the Raipur ashram early in the evening. He conducted meditation at 6 pm, after which he retired for the day.

21 AprilIt is a short walk from the cottage in the ashram to the meditation hall, and as Daaji made his way to the hall to conduct the morning meditation, he was greeted by many abhyasis. After the meditation Daaji left for breakfast, and by the time he finished his meal, many abhyasis trickled in and the dining hall was soon filled with people.One sister asked Daaji what one should do when there is no support from the family and it becomes difficult to practise. In response, Daaji gave the example of his preceptor, Draupadi Devi Agarwal, from whom he had taken his very first sitting. He explained how she would pretend to be asleep early in the morning and meditate while lying under the quilt, and in the evening, under the pretext of going to the toilet, she would do her evening cleaning there. Daaji said matter-of-factly, “Jisko karna hai, usko kaun rokega? (If someone truly wants to do it, who can stop them?).”A young girl talked with Daaji about her studies abroad. Daaji asked her her age and if she was married. She responded by saying that she was only 26 and wanted to wait for some more time before she got married. Daaji smiled and said, “Tujhe jaldi nahi hai, lekin Nature ko jaldi hai! (You are not in a hurry, but Nature is.)”Daaji then asked all the members of the kitchen team for a group photo. After meeting with a few more abhyasis, Daaji left. In the evening he conducted meditation at 6 pm.

22 April 2025Around 10.30 am, Daaji met a few members of the Tukdoji Maharaj spiritual organization. Daaji spoke to them for a while and then conducted a meditation session.The evening program featured a visit by the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, and an interview with Tarang Khurana, National Chairman of Young Indians (Yi)—an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry, established in 2002 as a pan-India platform to empower the youth in realizing the vision of a developed nation.Daaji welcomed the Chief Minister, and after a warm exchange of felicitations, they sat down for a tête-à-tête. Also present there was a group of Yi members. Daaji spoke about the various Heartfulness initiatives, followed by a Brighter Minds demonstration. Later, Daaji accompanied him to the meditation hall, where, before conducting meditation, he gave a brief explanation of how to meditate the Heartfulness way.After the meditation, Daaji presented books and gifts to the Chief Minister. The CM then took his leave from the meditation hall. Daaji remained there to continue with the scheduled interview with Tarang Khurana from Young Indians.Here are some excerpts from the interview.Q: Keeping in mind the awareness for climate consciousness and the need to take action toward it, what suggestions do you have for our youth to bring about these changes in their daily lives so we can leave a better world for our future progeny? &nbsp;Daaji: It is a great feeling to have the youth being exposed to Heartfulness which is a way of life guided by the heart. And whenever we are guided by the heart, we become extra sensitive to our conscience—should I do this or that? Should I invest money here or not? Whom to marry? Whenever you follow the mind, it tricks you into fulfilling your own selfish desires. Whenever you have gone against the heart and followed the mind, observe the consequences. To get clearer and clearer solutions from your heart, the lens of your heart must be clear too. The main thing we have to understand is ‘how do I get the right message from the heart?’ So firstly, create purity in the heart. We can sail through complicated situations in life, only when we follow the heart.There are no guide books to help navigate us through life. Osho’s story about a thief describes this very well. (Watch Daaji narrate the story in the link below)A presence of mind is required in every situation. And every situation in life throws a different kind of curve ball at us. Just like in cricket, if you are used to batting against only a certain kind of bowling, it would have been easy. But now and then there will be a different kind of bowling—with a different speed, with a spin, full toss and so on.&nbsp; So life throws different curve balls at us, but a meditative mind picks up the problems often before they arise. Meditation to me thus, is like vaccinating the mind against many situations.Q: Young people say, ‘Our time is now. Time for meditation will come later.’ How do we, as young people, come sooner to this side of spirituality and why is it important that we do this? &nbsp;Daaji:&nbsp;According to me, the spiritual journey should begin at the very moment of conception. Imagine for a moment that you are retired, 60 or 70 years old. Would you be able to meditate? Would you be able to sit—at already such a young age you have taken up chairs. Imagine yourself at 60+. Would you be able to sit properly, even in the chair, with your back erect? When you cannot even remember things, how will you remember the continuity of your spiritual experiences which are so refined? So I would not recommend you to postpone the most essential thing. Think about it in a scientific manner: a genetically pre-exposed spiritual man or spiritual woman and their respective progeny. If you become spiritualized at the age of 70, how can you transfer your genetic pre-exposure to your next generation? If you want to transmit your spiritual bent of mind to the future generation, you better be spiritual even before you get married.

23 AprilOn the day of his departure from Raipur, Daaji conducted meditation early in the morning and after breakfast he met with many abhyasis in his room, one group at a time. Amidst many fond farewells, each group had a photo taken with Daaji. He then left Raipur for Kanha at around 10 am.

The following day began with Daaji offering yet another beautiful meditation session in the early morning. After a profound Heartfulness meditation session that was telecast live on the Heartfulness channel, Daaji invited Mr. Linguswamy to give a talk. His talk revolved around his experiences with the Heartfulness meditation practice and its transformative effect. He expressed his gratitude to Daaji referring to him as a ‘real hero.’&nbsp;This was followed by a heartwarming Q&amp;A session with Daaji. His words resonated deeply with the eager practitioners, leaving everyone inspired and deeply moved.&nbsp; &nbsp;

Later that evening, Daaji welcomed a group of practitioners from the Baduga tribal community of Ooty, a beautiful hill station nestled in the Nilgiri mountain range. Their hearts were deeply touched as Daaji interacted with them personally. His gentle words and affectionate demeanor created an unforgettable experience for the community members. He ended the meeting with a promise saying, “I will come soon to Ooty,” filling their hearts with even more joy! He then posed for a group photo with them.&nbsp;Many dignitaries had come to meet Daaji in Tiruppur: Mr. V. Sundararajan, Chairman of Sky Group of Companies and the Founder Secretary of Vanam Foundation, Palladam, Tiruppur District; the Founder Director of the Coconut Farmers Producer Company; and Mr. K. R. Nagarajan who is the Chairman of the Ramraj Cotton Group of Companies and Vice President of the World Community Service Center.&nbsp;Daaji met with Padma Shri Dr. A. Sakthivel, Chairman, Poppy's Group of Companies and Honorary, Founder President, Tiruppur Exporters Association (TEA); the President of Federation of Indian Exporters Organizations (FIEO); and Mr. N. Thirukkumaran Managing Director, Ess Tee Group of Companies and General Secretary, Tiruppur Exporters Association (TEA). Daaji also met with Mr. Kumar Duraiswamy who is the Managing Director, Eastern Global Clothings, the Joint Secretary of Tiruppur Exporters Association (TEA), and also the Project Director, 'Vanathukkul Tiruppur' - Initiatives of Green Tiruppur; and the Convenor, Tiruppur Stakeholders Forum (TSF).&nbsp;&nbsp;After a brief discussion with them on varied initiatives Daaji then asked for the Brighter Minds demonstration to be presented to all the guests.&nbsp; Later they all joined Daaji for the evening Heartfulness meditation session, after which he gave a talk that touched every heart present in the audience. Daaji expressed his joy saying, “My stay here at DJ Park has been very productive and I admire your sacrifice for coming here despite so many inconveniences. Returning home you will notice even greater changes that will unfold in your day-to-day lives because of these three meditation sessions. Tomorrow I will be returning back home but my heart will always remain here and I intend to come back hopefully on the 11th November.”&nbsp;Touching upon the topic of peace, Daaji reminisced about Babuji Maharaj’s letter to the United Nations dated July&nbsp;8, 1957 where Babuji emphasized that world peace cannot be possible until individual peace is granted. Daaji said, “And who can grant this individual peace? No one, but yourself. It’s an individual attitude: a person under turbulence can remain unshaken and a person without any sort of problems remains stressful and anxious. Our path, the Heartfulness way is a direct gift from the Divine because through this&nbsp;pranahuti or transmission all willing practitioners are able to experience a minimum level of peace.”Daaji threw light on the intricacies of how attaining liberation during this lifetime can take us to that state of non-duality whose inherent quality is peace. He also differentiated the peace that one attains before liberation at the Atma chakra [2nd point in the heart region] and the peace experienced beyond the 9th point.&nbsp; He said, “There is no solution in asking or praying for peace. Liberation is in our hands: no God or Guru can grant it if we are not deserving. So our only job is to become deserving individuals.”Daaji also gave simple solutions as to how one can become deserving individuals. He then went on to reveal, “something that most people have not understood in the very first chapter of&nbsp;Reality at Dawn.” Daaji divulged the true interpretation of Babuji Maharaj’s very profound statement –&nbsp;Where religion ends, spirituality begins; where spirituality ends, reality begins; where reality ends, bliss begins.&nbsp;By linking the intricate concepts of God, divine experiences, desires and transcendence, Daaji clarified the meaning of this statement.

Despite the heavy downpour from the previous night, the ashram was serene and prepared for the day's events. After the meditation session, Daaji solemnized three weddings in a simple ceremony.&nbsp;<ul><li>Disha and Abhishek</li><li>Astha and Kshitij</li><li>Garima and Sandeep</li></ul>

He returned to the cottage for breakfast, joined by a few guests, including Dr. Kannan, affectionately known as ‘Sanskrit Kannan’ within the Heartfulness community. Their conversation revolved around Dr. Kannan's ongoing study of Vedic texts in the light of Heartfulness teachings, a rich dialogue blending ancient wisdom with the spiritual depth of the Heartfulness approach.

Later in the day, Daaji embarked on the journey to the next destination – Tiruppur. By the time he arrived at the DJ Park Ashram in Tiruppur in the evening, the atmosphere was charged with anticipation and eagerness on behalf of the practitioners assembled there. While Daaji was conducting the evening meditation, it began to rain heavily. Many viewed this as a divine affirmation; as if the spiritual hierarchy above was rejoicing alongside the practitioners, their joy mirrored by the rain.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Chennai and Tiruppur 20th October 2024

Daaji began his day early, looking forward to continue his journey to Chennai. He invited a few Heartfulness practitioners to join him for breakfast, where they discussed plans for the days ahead.&nbsp;His first stop upon reaching Chennai was the Heartfulness International School, Omega branch. There, Daaji launched several important initiatives and took time to meet with school officials. During his speech, he shared his vision to open more such Heartfulness schools across India, calling upon educators within and outside the Heartfulness community to contribute to this noble cause.&nbsp;In response to student inquiries about following one's heart, Daaji answered with his characteristic warmth and clarity, encouraging the youth to trust their inner guidance which is greatly enhanced when nourished by a sincere Heartfulness practice. He explained how a meditative practice strengthens this inner connection, allowing one to navigate life with a deeper sense of purpose.

From there, Daaji proceeded to the Babuji Memorial Ashram in Manapakkam, where hundreds of Heartfulness practitioners from Chennai and nearby centers lined the roads, welcoming him with love and devotion.&nbsp;&nbsp;Daaji enjoyed a hearty South Indian lunch and after a brief rest, he conducted the evening meditation. Several celebrities from the Tamil film industry had been invited to experience Heartfulness meditation by Mr. N. Lingusamy, a Heartfulness trainer and renowned movie director.Daaji inaugurated the Tamil Nadu Youth Seminar with the theme ‘Awaken Your Inner Potential’ with an inspiring talk after meditation. This was followed by an engaging Q&amp;A session with the young participants. Daaji encouraged them to embrace Heartfulness practices with dedication, urging them to research the effects of following one’s heart versus ignoring it. He emphasized that with a consistent meditation routine, they could develop a courageous spirit capable of navigating life's challenges.

As Daaji made his way back to the cottage, a large crowd gathered, each one vying for his attention. Daaji often lovingly reminds everyone that there is no need to struggle for this external attention. He has mentioned that true connection arises from cultivating an inner state of deservingness, where the deep silence of the heart prepares one to receive Divine grace. In this state, the flow of yogic transmission becomes natural and automatic. Thiruvallur and Chennai 19th October 2024

The following morning saw Daaji rise early to meet more practitioners who with eager hearts had gathered at the hotel to greet him before he left for the venue. The day began with a group meditation, where Daaji, with his signature calm, shared what he had felt during the meditation in his heart. He beautifully explained how once we begin our yogic practice, it is crucial to bring it to completion. Often, it is the unfinished tasks that leaves us with the trauma of regret and guilt, which can be practically impossible to erase.His thoughts flowed like a calm river carrying a deep current of spiritual insight. Leading a holistic lifestyle has been a central theme in Daaji’s talks and work. He emphasized the importance of working on ourselves, making sure not to leave anything unfinished: for a sincere yogi, it is important to note that doing the right thing is a triumph, but neglecting to do the right thing at the right moment can be far more detrimental to one’s spiritual progress.The essence of Heartfulness is to live without creating unnecessary&nbsp;samskaras or mental impressions that weigh us down on our spiritual journey.&nbsp;Akarma, which translates from Sanskrit as action performed with pure love and without attachment, is the ideal state for a spiritual aspirant. The riddles of life – what to do, what not to do, and how to live in the best way – were unraveled by Daaji with ease, making the profound seem simple and achievable.Daaji spoke about the need for self-restraint and how living a life absorbed in divine remembrance can reduce the need for the evening Heartfulness Cleaning practice. When we are truly absorbed in the presence of the Divine, we think and perform actions without creating new imprints on our consciousness. This intensity of practice can help us lead a life of inner peace and harmony.Before leaving, Daaji said that he would have stayed a few days longer if he could have. However, he promised to return soon. He shared how a spiritual guide finds joy in being with sincere and absorbing hearts, ready to deepen their practice and apply the teachings of Heartfulness in their daily lives.

On his way, Daaji made a surprise visit to a Heartfulness trainer’s sari shop. By the time he reached Thiruvallur, Chennai had recovered enough from the heavy rains, and preparations were in full swing to receive him. Interestingly, the rain seemed to follow him, pouring down in Hosur and Vellore after his departure, as though nature itself was in tune with the spiritual energy he emanates. Several thousand practitioners from nearby centers had gathered there, their hearts open and ready to receive their beloved guide.After entering the cottage, Daaji went to his room for a quiet moment to offer&nbsp;prasad. [Sweets offered with an attitude of reverence and in remembrance of the Divine. The sweets are divinized by this infusion of love and reverence, creating an osmosis between what is offered and the one to whom it is being offered.]&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;After the prasad was distributed, the practitioners made their way to the hall for a meditation session while Daaji took some much-needed rest. Over high tea, Daaji met with a few practitioners, before making his way to inaugurate the Heartfulness International School in Thiruvalllur.&nbsp;This special moment was marked by the first official admission to the school, which was performed by Daaji personally. He then conducted another group meditation in the main hall, followed by a lively and engaging interaction with the practitioners gathered there. Later during dinner, Daaji met with more practitioners before retiring for the night.&nbsp;
