London 19th May 2024

After resting for some time, Daaji conducted one final session for the seminar. Afterward, Daaji answered a few questions from the audience, including a question about guiding children toward their full potential and becoming victorious over our emotions.

“I do clearly remember April 30, 1978, when Babuji was in Bangalore celebrating his birthday. He gave a message. In the initial part of the message, he was saying, "The temperature outside can go up or down, it can become really hot. But when you have the air-conditioned room set at 23 degrees or 20 degrees, it doesn't change much, it is set. Then you extend this philosophy and say, you have to air condition your heart. Don't let the temperature go up and down, emotional temperature. Maintain it. And that's why we have this idea of constant remembrance, but you can't fake it. Just by remembering someone, you are not able to change your inner landscape. One has to remain meditative. Having meditated for a few minutes in the morning, that meditative state has to extend as much as possible. If possible, 24/7. That is the idea behind the entire practice. And when you remain meditative, you are victorious on emotions. It's not that you don't enjoy it or you don't become sad. All these things will happen. See, difficulties will be there, and happiness will also be there, but the inner radar chooses not to respond and becomes miserable.”

On Sunday, the final day of the European seminar, Daaji conducted meditation at 9 AM and then officiated three weddings:

Yun Shaun Li and Shi Chan Wen from China;

Azain and Magnus from Sweden; and

Malvina and Sylvain from Lyon.

Daaji then handed out signed copies of his latest release, Spiritual Anatomy. Abhyasis were overjoyed at the opportunity to get to speak with Daaji directly and to receive the signed book from him. Afterward, Daaji returned to His room for lunch and rest.

Practitioners began the process of wrapping up the seminar, getting things cleaned up and in order, and helping other practitioners prepare to return home. After resting for some time, Daaji conducted one final session for the seminar. Afterward, Daaji answered a few questions from the audience, including a question about guiding children toward their full potential and becoming victorious over our emotions.

After the Q&A, Daaji was honored with a special award: the World Book of Records, an organization based in the UK and Switzerland, honored Daaji for His matchless contributions to promoting Heartfulness meditation and serving society on behalf of all the citizens of the United Kingdom. Daaji received the honor with humility.

After receiving the award, Daaji said, “Our organization keeps getting award after award after award. Do you think I'm better than Babuji or Lalaji? They never got any awards, though they were much better than any of the masters that would be born in the future. But they didn't have you all. You need those hearts around. Otherwise, Masters, however great they may be, cannot succeed in spreading the messages of the heart. So thanks, thanks, and thanks to all of you. Keep doing your great work. Thank you.”.

To wrap up the seminar, a special event for the youth was hosted by Heartfulness with NISAU (National Indian Students and Alumni Union UK). First, Heartfulness trainer Caroline Ravenall introduced the mix of NISAU and Heartfulness youth to what Heartfulness is, followed by guided relaxation and meditation. Then, Sanam Arora, Founder and Chairperson of NISAU, conducted a fireside chat with Daaji, asking questions about the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of Heartfulness and how meditation can help young people create success and maintain success. Several audience members asked Daaji about meditation, spirituality, and advice for life.

After the fireside chat wrapped up, Daaji returned to His room to rest for the night, while the NISAU guests stayed back to enjoy dinner with a few Heartfulness volunteers.
