Kanha Shantivanam 4th February 2024

Amidst the sacred ceremonies, esteemed guests Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru graced the meditation. After the meditation session, they joined Daaji at his residence for breakfast with him, where spiritual concepts were discussed in depth.

Daaji told the social media team that raising awareness on the ways one can use Social media to support heartfulness initiatives authentically and naturally will be very useful in spreading the word to those who would be able to use those references to usher them toward a meditative practice eventually.

On this eventful day, Daaji commenced the morning by leading a meditation session from 9:02 a.m. to 9:34 a.m. in the main meditation hall, accommodating nearly 7,000 members. Following this serene start to the day, Daaji officiated seven weddings, symbolizing the union of souls in love and commitment:

  • Sonam from Ujjain and Nikhil from Indore
  • Deepti from Mumbai and Cheragh from Thailand
  • Purva from Jaipur and Utkarsh from Detroit
  • Devapriya from Pudukkottai and Aakash from Trichy
  • Reshma and Gajendra from Mathura
  • Khadijah and Olivier from Paris
  • Helene and Charles from France

Amidst the sacred ceremonies, esteemed guests Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru graced the meditation. After the meditation session, they joined Daaji at his residence for breakfast with him, where spiritual concepts were discussed in depth. The gathering also witnessed a demonstration of Brighter Minds, enriching the dialogue with insights into holistic education and meditative practices. Capturing the camaraderie of the moment, a group photo was taken to commemorate the occasion.

Continuing his engagement with practitioners, Daaji met with Vineeta Jain, a member of the social media team, who expressed the team's desire for a sitting with Daaji. Ever gracious, Daaji conducted a meditation session for the social media team from 11:38 a.m. to 11:59 a.m., fostering a sense of unity and spiritual growth among the group. He asked them what their strategy for social media was and how they were operating. As always, Daaji lent an emphatic ear to all they had to say. If one spends time with Daaji, then they notice that Daaji listens to people who come to him and, in comparison, says very little. That is a hallmark of his personality.

He suggested that people should be educated on how to react to books, videos, and articles on the Sahaj Marg material online. It is a pity that people are not aware of how they can contribute by getting online and sharing their views on Sahaj Marg.

In the evening, Daaji invited abhyasis from rural Gujarat, including his village of Kalla, along with practitioners from the Saurashtra region. Gathering in the serene surroundings of Daaji's home, they were treated to samosas and tea before embarking on a guided walk to observe the various initiatives and research projects in Daaji’s special garden. The evening culminated in a group meditation session by Daaji, from 5:33 p.m. to 6:20 p.m. Daaji, showing genuine interest, inquired about the progress of the village programs by Heartfulness, underscoring his commitment to grassroots initiatives and community development. The evening concluded with a shared dinner, served in the presence of Daaji, fostering bonds of fellowship and spiritual kinship among all present.
