This could be a revolutionary step in rehabilitation measures as well.
From the scorching hot summer that had been prevailing in the city of Indore the last few days, Daaji’s arrival was like the harbinger of blessings from the rain gods, as welcome showers poured down from the heavens bringing the temperature down considerably. He left for the Indore ashram and reached there in about forty-five minutes. A brother practitioner spoke about the number of trainers who had registered for the program. Daaji suggested the procurement of RVs keeping in consideration the needs of traveling trainers, especially from overseas. He also suggested that those who have been imprisoned for a short term of one to two years could be deployed for afforestation projects as part of their service requirements of prison term to be served, and enquired about their numbers. This could be a revolutionary step in rehabilitation measures as well.

It was a most fruitful visit, with discussions on various areas of common interest between them.
After sending him off, Daaji went for lunch. At lunch, he mentioned that the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh was keen to start the programme at Omkareshwar with the ladies. He affectionately invited Pratima Ben to join him and remembered the talk given by her in the year 2000, which had drawn huge rounds of applause. He then went to prepare for his departure for Indore. Before starting for the airport, Daaji asked for a few copies of Basic Heartfulness Practises to be kept along to present to airline staff.

The flight landed in Indore at 4 p.m. On his way out of the airport, he was welcomed by many practitioners who had come in large numbers to receive him. Also there to receive Daaji was Shri Vibhash Upadhyay, Vice Chairman of the Jan Abhiyan.
Despite the scorching hot summer that had been prevailing in the city of Indore for the last few days, Daaji’s arrival was like the harbinger of blessings from the rain gods, as welcome showers poured down from the heavens, bringing the temperature down considerably. While entering the ashram, Daaji observed that many plants were not doing well in the nursery and asked for them to be looked after better. He went to the cottage and offered Prasad. After distributing it to those present, he spent some time meeting practitioners. He then saw the initial Omkareshwar project plan and inquired about the mean sea level of the place. While going through the report, he suggested that along with the names of the plants being used in the plantation at various locations of the project, their historical significance from various spiritual texts should also be indicated for ease of reference. He then rested for about ninety minutes but still felt drowsy. Giving the analogy of his granddaughter, he shared about her sensitivity to sleep needs.
Later, Daaji conducted a meditation session from 7:02 PM to 7:34 PM in the meditation hall. Thereafter, over dinner, he mentioned that Babuji used to say that meditation has to be done with full attention, like the cat waiting for the mouse. After dinner, many practitioners came to meet Daaji, and he patiently listened to each of their issues and offered his guidance. He then went to rest after a long, full day.
