Daaji spent the morning exploring various sorts of leafy gardens that may be developed at Gokul Point, as well as suggesting a few spots where plants naturally hanging with wood could be placed. When Daaji returned to his meditation hall office, it was packed with visitors, including Telugu actors Navdeep Pallapolu, Deepthi Pallapolu, Likitha, and other practitioners. Daaji had a good and enjoyable conversation with them. Mani Shankar (a Bollywood director) later came to visit Daaji as he was about to leave to discuss the impending World Spiritual Conference.
Speaking on genetics Daaji said, “Babuji gave a message once, sometime in 1981, when I was visiting him in Shahjahanpur, for me it was an aha moment, and he said I'm changing the genetic pattern of the human race. I was a pharmacy student, so I said what are you talking about, how are you going to change, and then he left. We had no further discussion. He just came to me, he was just walking towards his bedroom, I was just sitting in one corner and he just leaned down and he said, ‘I'm changing the genetic pattern of the human race.’ And then started walking again. And many years later, he conveyed the same message after he passed on through a medium, and that message is, when the consciousness of the human race will achieve egregore, it is this egregore that will trigger the mutation, the genetic mutation. So, I could connect how he is going to achieve that state. Because today the science says that genetic mutation can happen through changes at the external level, which is called epigenetics. Epigenetics is how the environment, I am not talking of heat and cold environment, but the vibrations in the family, for example, when Dr. Bruce Lipton, he conducted the study on epigenetic changes in mothers who live in tough neighbourhoods, Brooklyn, for example, Brooklyn, NY, versus mothers who live in Long Island suburbs. He studied their lives. And in a tough neighbourhood, mothers-to-be who are pregnant, right, they wait for their partner to arrive home. God knows when he will be coming, 10 o'clock, or maybe not at all, and if he does come back home, he’ll be sleeping with a gun under his pillow and so on.”
In the morning around 9.30 am, Daaji explored different types of leafy gardens which could be created at Gokul Point. He is taking a lot of interest in creating such gardens and asked the Tool Room team to fix a garden mesh in Gokul Point which would help in growing the leafy gardens. He also suggested a few areas where plants naturally hanging with wood could be placed.
Around 10 am Daaji went to his meditation hall office. Upon his arrival, the room was filled with guests, including Telugu actors Navdeep Pallapolu, Deepthi Pallapolu, Likitha, and several practitioners. He conducted meditation from 10.05 am till 10.32 am for all present. The meditation session was deep and almost transported everyone present to a different dimension and filled them with lightness and joy. After such a beautiful session Daaji distributed a special mango sweet which had brought by one of the practitioners visiting from Mumbai, to all present there. This was followed by a light session of conversation and laughter between Daaji and the practitioners who were thrilled to share their joys, sorrows and stories with beloved Daaji.
When Daaji was informed that the guests would be leaving soon, he asked Deepthi where she was going. When she said she was going to work, Daaji jokingly said, “You are a slave of your work. You can say I don’t want to work today.” She laughingly replied that she truly didn't want to. Daaji then asked her who was stopping her. To this Navdeep promptly said that it was she herself. Everyone burst out laughing, enjoying the light moments with him
Daaji then said, “Work as if you have never worked, then you'll have freedom.” He then asked the guests to carry on and come back soon to visit him, unless they had any questions to ask.
After a short silence, Navdeep shared that since the beginning of the interaction he had been trying to understand how a person could be in a room full of people looking at him and waiting for him to give them some answers, without even knowing the questions! Laughter ensued at this innocent question. To this Daaji replied “Whenever I was with my Master, my answers came from inside. Very rarely to keep him busy, you would ask, keep him busy, just for fun of it. Then later on you regret, why did I do that? You go to silence, which is more enticing than answers. And how much can you be taught? The teaching is very specific to time and place, situation, and they don't repeat ever. So, what is the gift of the Master is ‘awareness’. If you have that all your answers can come, under all different situations.”
Daaji then asked the video of the thief and his daughter to be shown to them: https://youtu.be/mxB6y6vokqw
Later when Daaji was about to leave, Mani Shankar (Bollywood Director), came to meet him to discuss the upcoming World Spiritual Conference planned to be hosted in Kanha Shanti Vanam. He explained a lot of concepts & ideas to Daaji. Later Daaji discussed many spiritual concepts on Consciousness, Chakras, Genetics and more with him.
“She will be always under stress (threat). And whenever you are under stress, your sympathetic nervous system kicks in. Our nervous system is two parts, mainly two. Sympathetic and parasympathetic. Sympathetic is all about to protect yourself, to preserve yourself, to secure yourself. Suppose you are fighting with someone, what will happen when you are fighting with someone? You know, your hands will go up, you become angry. If you are not able to fight with your hands, you will think of running away. Right? So, your legs will become active, more active. So, what happens then? More blood flow will be there in the limbs. and it comes at a cost, there is lesser blood available in your visceral organs like lungs, liver, digestive system and the impact remains for some time. When you are angry, you feel less hungry, if you noticed, it’s because of the sympathetic response. So now when the mother is under a sympathetic response where epinephrine or adrenaline or noradrenaline or cortisol, which are all stress hormones are released massively into the blood stream and this blood also reaches the embryo, all of which has nothing to do with the guy who is sleeping with the gun.
So that blood also creates a sympathetic response in the embryo. The blood will be more in the limbs at the cost of the visceral organs so that the embryo’s digestive system will remain weaker and that will reflect later in life also. Though he has received very perfect genetic things, both husband and wife, their good health has given good chromosomes, but because of the environment, the digestive system is compromised. Sympathetic response means, reptilian response, animalistic response, where the blood supply is more in your occipital area. Hind brain they call it. It is very basal, animalistic. And this diversion of blood flow comes at a cost. Just as limbs receive more blood at the cost of visceral organs, this part of the brain receives more blood at the cost of reaching the frontal brain. The frontal brain is all about your cognition, intellectualizing, thinking, pausing, things like that. So, this is well developed, and this is underdeveloped. So, children born under such environment will have a different genetic expression.”
“That's why in our culture, in Hinduism, mothers-to-be are sent to their parents’ home. The moment you know that my wife or my daughter-in-law is pregnant, we offer rituals. We invite relatives, group homam(fire ritual), and very respectfully, very reverentially, we send her to her parents' place, where she can spend time in peace, in a familiar environment. She can spend time in various rituals also, read books, maybe do more tapasya (austerity/practice) at home. So that is the reason behind why we do what we do, rituals. The environmental impact, vibratory impact, I think it changes the genetic pattern.”
“And when many human beings coexist and create such an environment that will trigger mutation at the genetic level and it should be irreversible – spiritual epigenetics.”
After a long discussion, Daaji took him along to show the meditation hall and left for home around 11.50 am.
The evening was a quiet affair with little activity, offering him rest.
