After the meditating session I felt fresh (Physically and Mentally), I could see serenity and Calmness in my environment , the relaxation technique ,prepared me well to give a start to meditative state, after the session i have a feeling of some sort unknown energy has flown into my body, My mind is in a balanced state and steady state. I want to practice it again again and reach the state .The more sessions I sit , I feel lightness in my body and mind. I want this feeling of pleasantness i to continue , I am able to see the world with a new perception.Thank you MASTER.
